Please read the listing terms and conditions as stated below:

We will use our best efforts to ensure that the description and photograph of your park home appears on our Internet Website in accordance with the details your have provided. Should the Website insert not be in accordance with the information provided by you, The Client, we would ask that you advise us as soon as possible so we can correct any errors. We will be correcting errors within 48 hours of receiving details from you in writing.

We accept no liability for the descriptions given of any property not physically viewed by a member for our staff. Prospective purchasers should verify the accuracy of any details provided and The Company will accept no responsibility for any details not verified by its employees. Advertisements, for which The Company is entitled to charge a fee, will not be subject to any later refunds

Should any error occur as described in the paragraph above, we shall have no liability for any loss or damages, which you may suffer as a result of such error.

We will advertise your home on our website for the period of time you have paid for, or until you request in writing for us to remove it from the website. The text and photographs you supply will be a true representation of the park home with no false or misleading statements.

Whilst Your Park Home endeavours to ensure that the information on this Website is correct, Your Park Home shall not be liable for any damages (including without limitation, damages for loss of business or loss of profits) arising in contract, tort or otherwise from the use of, or inability to use this Website or any information contained in it, or from any action or decisions taken as a result or using this site or any such information.

The seller will confirm that if any of the above information provided should change, The Sellar will notify Your Park Home in writing to that effect immediately.

The seller will immediately indemnify us, our employees, officials and independent contractors against any proceedings, claims, demands, expenses, losses and/or damages arising from processing and/or publishing any information or material which you shall give, or have given to us, including without limitation any claims arising from or as a result of false description or breach.

I have read the terms and conditions and confirm that I accept them in their entirely. I confirm the description I have written is a true representation of the home to the best of my knowledge and that I am the legal owner of the subject park home and therefore perfectly entitled to sell it. The home is free from any financial encumbrance unless already disclosed to The Company.
