This website advertises only residential park & holiday homes, along with useful information and links to other sites dedicated to park home buyers and sellers.
 
We sell new, second-hand, unsited and holiday homes for site owners and private individuals alike to have your home added there are 3 options below:
 
1.             If you have a park home or holiday home for sale anywhere in the world you can advertise it on our website yourself and ‘try before you buy’, you can have a 10 day free trial. After your 10 days are up if you wish to continue advertising you can choose to market it for 1 month (£12.99), 3 months (£35.00) or till sold option (£50.00). (Please make sure your chosen photos are approximately 400 x 600 pixels before you start your registration). You will pay via paypal. Click on 'register to sell' on the left hand side.
 
2.             If you are not computer friendly or would prefer us to do the hard work you can simply click on the link below to download the easy to fill in forms and send photographs of the home you wish to advertise, with a cheque and send it to us and we will add it to our website (you may email your photographs). We will scan the photos and type up your advert for you and send you a copy. This is available at 6 months - £39.99 or till sold - £59.99. Or email us your address etc and we will post the information to you.
 
 
3.             NEW FOR 2008 - GET YOUR PROPERTY PARTICULARS DONE FOR YOU. We can also offer the service of coming to your home taking the photos, completing a floor plan, give any marketing advice requested and prepare a full set of property particulars ready for you to give out, along with a master copy. Once you are happy with the draft particulars we will then print off 15 sets of colour particulars for you to keep and a laminated ‘For Sale’ board with your contact number on. This premium service is £175.00 plus fuel charged at 25p per mile from postcode TQ12 (Newton Abbot, Devon). Please either phone us or email us your address (via contact us page) and we will provide a detailed invoice for this service. There is no additional charge once your home is sold.
